This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
About Our Organisation
ClearVue operates an automated data platform for detecting modern slavery indicators in real-time across agency workforce supply chains. We work with major retailers and food manufacturers to identify exploitation patterns that manual audits miss.
Our technology automatically detects:
- Excessive working hours and consecutive working days without regulatory rest breaks
- Accommodation clustering indicating potential worker exploitation
- Duplicate bank accounts and unusual financial patterns
- Employment anomalies that suggest worker vulnerability
Our Supply Chains
ClearVue maintains a simple supply chain structure, primarily consisting of technology service providers and cloud infrastructure partners.
