Modern Slavery Statement

ClearVue Limited – Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2025

Our Commitment

ClearVue is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains or business operations.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.

About Our Organisation

ClearVue operates an automated data platform for detecting modern slavery indicators in real-time across agency workforce supply chains. We work with major retailers and food manufacturers to identify exploitation patterns that manual audits miss.

Our technology automatically detects:

  • Excessive working hours and consecutive working days without regulatory rest breaks
  • Accommodation clustering indicating potential worker exploitation
  • Duplicate bank accounts and unusual financial patterns
  • Employment anomalies that suggest worker vulnerability

Our Supply Chains

ClearVue maintains a simple supply chain structure, primarily consisting of technology service providers and cloud infrastructure partners. We recognise that modern slavery can occur in any industry and supply chain, and we are committed to understanding and addressing these risks within our own operations.

Our Policies

We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. Our policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships:

Code of Conduct:
All employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of ethical behaviour and to report any concerns about potential modern slavery or human trafficking.

Procurement Policy:
We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers share our values and commitment to ethical business practices.

Whistleblowing Policy:
We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our business – specifically designed to detect and prevent modern slavery – we maintain heightened awareness of these risks and apply rigorous standards to our own operations. We are committed to ensuring our suppliers share our values and commitment to ethical business practices.

Training and Awareness

We provide training to relevant staff on:

  • Recognition of modern slavery indicators
  • Proper escalation procedures for concerns
  • Understanding of the Modern Slavery Act requirements
  • Best practices for ethical procurement and supplier management

Our team’s expertise in modern slavery detection through our platform enhances our ability to identify and address risks within our own operations.

Measuring Effectiveness

We measure the effectiveness of our approach through:

  • Regular supplier assessments and reviews
  • Monitoring of internal processes and procedures
  • Annual review of this statement and associated policies
  • Feedback from employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Continuous improvement of our risk assessment processes

Our Commitment Going Forward

  • Regularly review and update our policies and procedures
  • Enhance our supplier due diligence processes
  • Provide ongoing training to our staff
  • Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to promote best practices
