Founder, Nick Gregory-Jones, worked in the recruitment industry for 25 years as Managing Director for one of the largest staffing agencies within the UK, before being acquired by a leading global digital agency in 2021
Having first-hand experience of the everyday challenges and frustrations that get repeated across client businesses, Nick wanted to create an alternative to fixed hourly charge rates, whilst providing a platform that rewards suppliers delivering best service and an environment where temporary colleagues feel valued.
Together with CTO, Paul Lawrence, who has extensive experience gained over the last 20 years in developing and delivering software solutions for multiple start-ups and FTSE 100 companies, they aim to bring a fresh approach to utilising temporary labour through modern technology.
